Israeli developer BSR Europe with two other partners is planning to invest EUR 326 mln in two Bulgarian projects. Nearly EUR 200 mln of this will be put into the development of a multi-functional complex in Varna, and more than EUR 126 mln is earmarked for a similar scheme in Sofia. The Varna project is to have an area of 240,000 sqm, with construction work expected to begin in the next few months. The Sofia complex will contain around 100 000 sqm. Construction work is likely to begin at the end of this year or at the beginning of 2009.
