US-based company Asset Management System is to develop a residential estate near Bucharest at a cost of EUR 300 mln. The Casa Nova complex will consist of 800 villas containing 220,000 sqm and will stand on an 80-ha plot. Construction work is likely to begin in March. There are to be 40 different types of villa, measuring between 150 and 450 sqm within plots of 500 to 1 200 sqm. The price per sqm of these homes has been set at 1 200 EUR. The estate will also feature playgrounds, green areas, a private hospital, tennis courts, a golf course and a commercial section.
