Romanian company Vectra Construct is to develop 9 residential buildings in Constanca on the Black Sea. The first stage of the EUR 4.5 mln project consists of 280 apartments in 7 buildings, with another 40 to come in the final stage - which is still awaiting a building permit. The first stage is to be completed by the end of this year. The apartments will measure between 31 and 63 sqm, and are to cost EUR 600 per sqm.
